Learn how to use the GivingWay platform to communicate with your community and donors.
1) Login to GivingWay and go to your dashboard.
2) Click "view community".
3) On the left panel, click "download contacts"
A file with all your supporters' information should start downloading.
You can use this list to send emails to your community members through your preferred email platform.
You can also send your community an email directly from the GivingWay platform by clicking "Create new email". If you wish to use the GivingWay platform to send emails to community members that aren't on GivingWay, you can import their information by clicking "import contact list" on the left panel.
